Network Invoice Administrator - Third Party Services

Are you a highly organised professional Administrator who enjoys challenge, variety, problem solving and autonomy in your work?

We are looking for a technically minded, competent and professional individual who is used to handling a high workload. You will carry out a broad range of administration and accounting activities to support our busy Network Operations team.

To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail and be experienced in a full range of office administration activities. Previous knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential.

You will also need:

  • at least two years experience in an administration role
  • experience in a full range of office administration and office systems
  • excellent troubleshooting skills with intermediate to advanced level knowledge with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • experience in report writing
  • good knowledge of contract management.
