You will have exceptional teamwork and communication skills as well as proven ability in leading youth  programmes and creating programme growth and sustainability.  You will have a track record of building great relationships within the local area, the ability to competently submit funding applications, experience in staff coordination, a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency. The ability to build rapport quickly with all young people is essential in this role, as is cultural awareness in working with young people of Māori and Pacific descent. A full clean driving license with at least 2 years driving experience and intermediate computer skills is required. Above all, you will have a commitment and passion for developing young people and empowering them to be the best they can be!
