Your Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager based in Australia, you will manage and be responsible for:

• The proactive management of a growing network of 15 plus sites 
• Supporting, leading, motivating and developing your teams
• Site customer service and presentation standards
• Developing, communicating and implementing strategic plans
• Developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
• Increasing market share and expanding the foot print of the New Zealand business  
• The overall profitability and growth of the New Zealand business.

You have the ability to create and maintain positive conditions with internal stakeholders and external customers. You have a proven capacity to think and operate strategically and your intelligent approach to business is reflected in your achievements.

You possess a demonstrated history of exceeding customer/staff expectations and a leadership style that is strategic and responsive. Your success in business, coupled with your strong commercial sense, influencing and negotiation skills are second to none. Outstanding communication skills, problem solving ability and results oriented attitude are a necessity.
