Tech Mechanical Services Ltd, based in Hawke’s Bay, is a multi-trades business that has been working in the Engineering industry for over 20 years.

Our areas of work involve design and installation of various sheetmetal and metal industrial products, including ducting and fencing; we also provide maintenance to number of large commercial sites throughout Hawkes Bay.

Our engineering team are looking for a Supervisor who will provide “hands-on” expertise and support to the team, be pro-active in customer service liaison, work alongside the General Manager and other company supervisors, as well as oversee the running of our engineering projects. 

Ideally the applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Vast experience in engineering and/or welding
• Management and pricing of small projects
• Team Leadership
• Clean and current driver’s licence
• Commitment to excellent Health and Safety practices
• Great communication and organisational skills, as well as good written and computer skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment; be adaptable to a range of working environments and customers.
• Be able to lead a team of multi-skilled staff, and work alongside our Managers and Supervisors.
