The Role - Opportunity
This is an exciting and newly created Technical Systems Analyst role supporting both internal and external end-users.
You will be experienced using SQL from data migration to stored procedures through to parameterisation and general SQL support and querying.
You will be the go-to person for all application issues - supporting a wide range of applications. This naturally means that your communication and trouble-shooting skills need to be on point. You will be dealing with a diverse end-user community but for the most part will be supporting Senior Staff which will require very strong relationship building skills.
This is a genuine growth role meaning that as the company grows over the next 12 months (which it will) so to will this role. You will need to help set up new processes for support and start to implement some rigour around service management, incident escalation and ticket management.
We are looking for the best of the best here! What will that look like? Well, it goes without saying that you will be an EXCELLENT communicator. You'll know how to navigate all types of conversations with a very broad range of internal and external users. You'll be customer-centric in everything you do, meaning you'll be the first to roll up your sleeves whenever the situation calls for it and constantly be willing to go the extra-mile.
You will have at least 5+ years of Technical Analyst Experience - troubleshooting software applications, SQL development and navigating your way around a complex SaaS platform. Your SQL experience is a must in this role as their is going to be a lot of data handling in the Microsoft SQL stack.
Tech stack is largely Open Source environment but some of the industry specific applications are a mix of .NET and Java so a good broad experience across different technologies would be great.
