People & Capability Partner

We need an experienced business partner who knows how to balance providing hands-on operational support, building credible relationships through the strategic advice given, as well as leading work streams that form the People Plan.  

You will have a strong focus on coaching and developing our people leaders. A background in one or more of talent development, performance, culture and wellbeing, HR systems and technology, business improvement and project management will be an advantage.

Amazing communication skills, integrity, resilience and a sense of humour are essential.
