Do you enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for quality service? Are you interested in helping customers understand legislation? We are looking for people who are interested in long term temporary positions located in Porirua.
We are looking for personable and outgoing people that have experience in contact centre and/or customer service. You will need to be a strong communicator who can thrive in a fast paced environment.
About the role: As a Customer Service Representative you will work as part of a team focused on providing exceptional service to customers, providing assistance with tenancy or employment questions.
Start Date: 20th January 2020
Hours: You will need to be flexible to work anytime Monday – Friday between 8am – 7pm (40 hours per week)
Duration: We are seeking someone who can commit for 6 months or more, with the possibility of going permanent.
