Finance Coordinator

The opportunity: 

This opportunity is within the Procurement team and you will be responsible for contractors weekly timesheets, been the point for contact for both agencies and contractors. Creating purchase orders and reconciling between the PPM tool and their accounting system. You will be working alongside a talented Procurement Manager and will have liaison with the PMO team as well. 

Company profile: 

This is a large enterprise client undergoing significant business change and technology upgrades.Their core business is made of a number of different subsidiaries focused on different aspects of the utilities trades.

The skills and experience we need you to bring:
  • For this role you will need experience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool
  • Must be comfortable communicating with agencies on a weekly basis and following up timesheet completion
  • Ability to create purchase orders at month end, ensuring there is no discrepancies between the system and invoices (eye for detail!)
  • The ability to validate and receipt all invoices against the necessary purchase orders
  • Experience with both JDE and Clarity (PPM tool) is not essential but would be beneficial
Contract Details:
  • Hourly rate
  • 6 month + contract
  • South Auckland
  • Starting ASAP
