A newly created position made especially for you. This well-known and highly regarded Financial Services organisation has been on a journey over the last two years, with a vision that will blow others out of the water.
 
With brand new offices on the way, the business has also invested headcount in the right places, with your role being no different. A recently appointed Head of Marketing requires your assistance and brainpower to take on this interesting position and be a vital part of shaping the vision created.
 
This position truly is one of its kind, it will keep you thinking strategically, creatively, and happily challenged.
 
The old cliché – no two days will be the same – it’s true here. You will work across a range of teams, supporting the delivery of marketing, campaigns and strategies tracking budgets, and approvals and delving into campaign analysis and measurement.
 
Working with your peers, you will;
  • Spearhead social media, google analytics, competitor analysis
  • Work together with your stakeholders to plan and execute high profile events, support on analysis, spend, trends and marketing collateral support
  • Support on Sponsorships & charity/partnerships strategies
 
 
You will work with the Head of Marketing to create a solid marketing programme.

About You:
 
You are interesting, and interested, with a thirst to continuously learn. As a newly created Marketing team, the Head of Marketing already has solid buy in from the teams, through the strategy she has created. It’s up to you to deliver on those plans. You will;
 
  • Hold at least 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Hold a Marketing degree, or relevant Financial Services industry experience
  • Have solid knowledge of all marketing practices
  • Have previous experience dealing with multiple key stakeholders within a business
  • You are a problem solver, and enjoy creating process from scratch
  • You are analytical, process driven, and creative all in one.
