Desktop Support - Onsite

We have a great opportunity for someone looking to take on a part-time (15 hours per week) role just after the Christmas / New Year’s period for 5 weeks.

You will be providing onsite support to internal customers within a small environment, in Wellington Central. Requests that you will be getting will fall under L1 / L2 Support, you will not need to be doing any networking, environment or policy work in this role – there will be established processes for you to follow.

Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience providing L1 / L2 Onsite Support (not phone-based)
  • Proven ability to fix problems with Laptops, Desktops and other key infrastructure
  • Demonstrable ability to apply logical problem solving and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with both Mac and Windows OS and Machines
  • Some exposure to Office 365 and G-Suite

In order to be considered for this role you must be living in New Zealand and have a valid Work Visa, New Zealand Permanent Residency or be a New Zealand Citizen.
