Marketing and Communications Manager

The role:

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our tight knit team.

Reporting to the General Manager, Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational marketing and communications advice and support across the business.

You will develop and lead a wide range of marketing and communication activities including marketing plans, creating and preparing corporate collateral, project planning and management, and working with multiple media channels. 

You will also be responsible for leading, supporting and guiding the talented Marketing & Communications team.

What skills you will you bring:

  • Good communication, enthusiasm and an orientation towards creativity and design
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing and/or communications management role
  • 5 + years’ experience leading and developing people in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a matrix organisation
  • Major programme/project management experience
  • Industry Training sector experience would be advantageous
  • A degree qualification in Marketing or related field
