We are seeking a Project Engineer with strong knowledge of heavy fabrication engineering practices to join a large team of established Project Engineers and Project Managers within our family owned company. Our current need is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

The successful applicant will prepare cost estimates and tender proposals, plus plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of projects.
To succeed in this role you will need good communication and negotiation skills along with commercial acumen. You will be able to plan resources, including labour requirements, ordering materials and organising subcontractors as required.

Do you possess a relevant engineering trade or tertiary qualification and have practical experience?

Can you make considered decisions under pressure and time constraints?

Are you proficient in the use of computer based systems?
