A fantastic opportunity to combine your considerable Marketing and Pastoral Care skills in our beautiful Cambridge setting.
We seek a strategic leader with an interest in overseas cultures and an empathy for International students to lead our International student programme
You will need to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with current and prospective families of international students, along with knowledge and a natural empathy for people from other cultures. You will also have the ability to develop and meet stretch targets. You will also be a resourceful and skilled problem solver who thrives on challenge.

- Leading, and maintaining our international student programme:
- Working with the Director of Admissions to market St Peter’s Cambridge to prospective international families
- Attending educational expo’s overseas to showcase our school
- Producing marketing collateral and working with external agents to promote our school
- Overseeing the recruitment and orientation of international students
- Ensuring compliance with the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016
- Ensuring our international students are fully integrated to the academic, social and support networks of the school and community.
- Working with the International Dean and teachers to ensure course selection and attendance
- Overseeing our homestay programme to ensure high quality accommodation is provided to students
- Leading a team committed to making a difference in the lives of our international students
- Liaising with external agencies including Immigration NZ, SIEBA, NZQA and insurance management
- Budget, policy and compliance management
