About the role

This role is responsible for leading, supporting and coaching the Management Accounting team. You will also be responsible for leading the delivery of the IAG NZ Budgeting and Forecasting process as well as providing analysis and insights on business performance and progress against strategic priorities.

In this "hands on" position you will be working with stakeholders at all levels so developing effective working relationships will be key.

About you

You're a qualified CA and with a natural ability to lead, and provide coaching to the team.

You will need to be able to present information in a clear and insightful manner as well as complete reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will need to be a driven, vibrant influencer who can propel us forward by providing financial insights to your key stakeholders.

You'll quickly develop your network through building and maintaining relationships across the wider finance and business teams; so being resilient, proactive and commercially astute will be essential strings to your bow.
