And we are looking for a Marketing Manager to bring to life TRA’s own brand and voice.

Working alongside our leaders and across our group of brands this role will see you use your creativity and organisational skills to support the development of TRA’s marketing strategies, create and execute the day-to-day marketing plans, and lead the delivery of marketing activities.

With an ability to communicate to a diverse range of audiences and excellent eye for detail, you will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding content and ensuring our brands are well represented in relevant channels, and the amazing work we do is showcased.

As an excellent planner you have the flexibility to work across a variety of areas from organising and hosting events to developing and maintaining a sales support function. With a design mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement you have the ability to brief in internal and external partners and manage creative processes to ensure outputs look great and meet objectives. And utilising your leadership skills, you’ll lead and develop our growing marketing team in the digital and sales spaces to support our business goals.

You will also have:

  • A marketing or communications degree and 4+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role. 
  • A solid mix of marketing experience – events, editorial, digital, vertical, with B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Great stakeholder management skills, able to engage people and activate plans.
  • Experience in sales with an understanding of database and CRM management.
  • Broad knowledge of media channels – online (owned, earned and paid), print and video.
  • The ability to juggle and prioritise a wide variety of work and manage time pressures.
  • A positive, engaged, committed attitude, and are client focused.
  • The ability to think innovatively and creatively to find solutions.
