Customer Service Representative

Full Time

TRG Imaging is one of New Zealand's largest private radiology providers delivering high quality patient care through a network of North Island clinics.  As part of our ongoing commitment to providing excellent customer care, we require a service orientated person to join our Customer Service team.

Based in Rotorua, this position offers a variety of work engaging with our customers and delivering effective and efficient administration functions.  You will:

  1. serve as the customer's primary point of contact
  2. be a keen problem solver
  3. have a unique ability to "think on your feet"
  4. be a "self-starter" who is comfortable taking the initiative
  5. excellent interpersonal skills
  6. have a positive attitude and warm personality

If you excel at figuring out complex matters and like organising multi-functional requirements, then we bet you have what it takes.  Sometimes you won't know the right answer, but you're the kind of person who is always up for the challenge.  You will rely on your resources and quickly research a response.
