As our National Sales Manager you will lead from the front and support a well-established team of 11 Territory Managers across NZ. We need someone who will take action, ownership and show their creativity in regard to incentivising their team and developing promotional ideas.
As a member of our senior management team, you will be experienced in people and account management with the ability to strategize to ensure we achieve performance targets and generate profit. You’ll have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective long-term relationships with internal and external customers, bringing brand awareness across the B2B wholesale market. Whilst also being a keen contributor and collaborative in our Senior Leadership meetings.
Our ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in management or similar, as well as a minimum of five years’ experience in sales and leading a team in the lubricants or fuel industry. Marketing experience would also be a bonus.
If you enjoy hitting the road, this role could be for you! Attendance at after-hours events is required as well as regular day trips and around a weeks’ worth of overnight stays each month. This unique opportunity seldomly arises in the New Zealand lubricants market.
