The Project Manager will report to the Office of the CEO and will manage the development and implementation of key organisational projects for the business. You will coordinate people, resources, and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the desired results.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • the delivery of the organisations projects
  • developing detailed project plans, ensure appropriate resources are identified and engaged
  • coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects, on time and on budget
  • applying robust Project Management methodology to the projects you lead or engage with
  • able to take a problem-solving approach to challenges and obstacles. Nothing gets in your way to achieving the targets and goals you are set
  • have strong relationship management skills, building effective relationships with project sponsors, business leaders, and key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • extensive experience in project management, including the successful development and delivery of complex projects for internal clients
  • demonstrated experience and qualifications in at least one project management methodology
  • significant background in business processes, budgeting, and analysis
  • experience in service centre centralisation projects is an advantage
  • excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • a love of problem solving combined with resilience to cope with the unexpected or difficult
  • excellent planning and organisational skills, with broad project management experience
  • sound judgement and integrity
  • pro-active and confident with a smattering of careful, and a love of 'doing the do'
