We are looking for a talented HR Graduate to join our team!

This role would be ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate looking to build a career in HR & Recruitment, working for New Zealand's leading early talent consulting and research specialists.

About the role

We work with some of the most well-known organisations in New Zealand across government, professional services and the corporate sector to help them develop their graduate marketing and recruitment strategies, manage recruitment campaigns - and much more!

This role involves juggling a variety of projects encompassing elements of:

  • Human resources
  • Recruitment
  • Analysis
  • Research
  • Marketing
  • Training & development
  • Social media management

You will have the opportunity to build relationships across a range of industries and tertiary education providers, working as part of a supportive team of experienced HR professionals.

As a small business, we hold tight to our 'can-do' attitude. We work fast and flexibly and love to delight our clients with exceptional service delivery. We value initiative and willingness to put forward new ideas.

Ultimately, we aim to support your development into a Consultant role, where you will take responsibility for managing individual client accounts and campaigns - however the role also provides a great platform to step into specialist HR or Recruitment career pathways.

Who we are looking for

This role would suit a recent HR graduate, however we are also open to graduates from other degree disciplines with an interest in developing a career in HR/recruitment. To be eligible, you must be ready to start towards the end of 2019 or start of 2020.

Previous experience in an administrative role would be a significant advantage, as would experience in a client-facing role.

But most importantly, you will have outstanding organisational skills, be a confident communicator, have the ability to juggle multiple projects, decent excel skills and lots of initiative to fill in any gaps.

Sound like you?

We'd love to chat further.

The application form will include these questions:
  • Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
  • What's your expected annual base salary?
  • What's your highest level of education?
