We are a fast-growing international company which has recently established a Global Headquarters in Nelson. 

We are expanding our international customer service centre and we are looking for the perfect person to join our amazing team. 

This role is perfect for you if you are wishing to work in the early evening and/or weekends, along with regular weekday hours. It will be a rostered role with 38 guaranteed hours per week.

You will have had previous customer service experience of some kind, the natural desire to help people, an enquiring mind, good computer skills, but most importantly, possess a professional and outgoing manner over the phone.

Full training will be given so no previous product experience will be necessary, however, experience with CRM systems and/or call centre software such as Zendesk would be advantageous. 

This role will primarily be answering incoming calls, along with some outgoing customer satisfaction survey calls. There will be no cold calling required.
