Customer Service Representative
What?
We are currently experiencing an influx of Outbound and Inbound Customer Service roles across Auckland, and we are searching for skilled, motivated and problem-solving individuals!
Put your skills to the test and be the first point of contact for providing support and meeting customer needs for a range of businesses across Auckland!
Locations:
Auckland CBD
East Auckland
South Auckland
The role will include:
  • Correspondence via phone and email to customers
  • Lean the key tools to strengthen your people skills
  • Training and career progression
  • Fantastic hourly rate and various locations around Auckland
  • Great working environments with awesome team cultures!
About You
We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to support a wider team and the determination to deliver the BEST results!
Other things we look for:
  • Previous Outbound or Inbound phone-based experience or Hospitality & Retail
  • High level of resilience and a strong ability to adapt to different situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand, if on a visa you must have 6 months or more remaining
  • And most importantly, enjoying talking to people!
