Contracts/Commercial Manager - New Zealand

UCG requires a competent individual, with business intelligence and commercial management experience to help create a 'centre of excellence' to enable and drive ongoing performance improvement.  The role of Contracts and Commercial Performance Manager New Zealand reports to the Executive General Manager NZ, with a functional reporting line to the Group Commercial Manager Australasia and is part of the New Zealand Senior Management Team. 

The role will be responsible for maintaining the company's business intelligence framework, while ensuring the commercial frameworks are in place, being complied to and are subject to ongoing review and improvements.

You will have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and commercial management and it is essential that you hold either a Degree in Law, Business or Project Management or a related discipline.  A proven ability to create new business initiatives and performance improvements and experience in creating and presenting reports to executive management.  You will be highly competent in applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative; have a good understanding of achieving the Company's contractual KPI's with clients, and ensuring appropriate contracts are in place for our Delivery Partners and all other suppliers of equipment, labour, product and technical services.
