We are a small local independent audiology clinic, dedicated to providing our clients with a friendly, welcoming, professional and individual experience. We are located in Pyes Pa, Tauranga.
We are looking for an additional member for our small team, to work Monday – Friday 20 hour week. This is a job share role and ideally you would work 2.5days each week, with flexibility to cover other team members hours when necessary.
This role is to provide a first-class experience for our clients, and to work alongside, and provide support for the Audiologist. Tasks will include reception, scheduling appointments, receiving and making telephone calls, updating and managing our database, invoicing, receipting payments, ordering and receipting in of stock, debtors and creditors, as well as basic hearing aid repairs.
You will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, have an excellent telephone manner, good attention to detail, possess sound computer skills, can use your initiative, be experienced with both accounts and administration work, and be confident to work alone, and as part of a small team.
