About the role

Are you an enthusiastic administration whiz that loves high achievement?  Do you have high attention to detail, a passion for travel and a love for animals? If so, this may be the paw-fect role for you!

At Jetpets, customer service and pet welfare is our top priority. As an Administration Consultant, you will assist the customer service team with coordinating day to day administration duties. Your day-to-day duties will include accurate data entry, generating relevant documentation for pet movements, customer liaison and assisting with receptionist work.

Furthermore, from time to time, you will assist with picking up animals from clients directly, facilitating drop off at airport and delivering pets to customers.

  • High attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of computer literacy skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Persistence, reliability and persuasiveness
  • Sound decision making, resolution and process driven thinking
  • Dedication to customer service excellence
  • Flexibility to be crossed trained in different part of the business
  • A full driver’s licence and safe driving record - probationary drivers will not be considered
  • Previous experience in logistics / air freight and/or the travel industry will be highly regarded
