Customer Service - National Aquarium of New Zealand
Casual
The National Aquarium of New Zealand is owned by the people of Napier and Napier City Council. It attracts 150,000 visitors each year and offers a wide range of experiences from diving displays and keeper talks, to getting up close and personal with little penguins. We're looking for motivated and focused individuals to join our high performing team at the Aquarium in a casual role.
You will provide a welcoming experience to all visitors and deliver service excellence across reception, retail and cafe, including food preparation and food service. You will be confident in dealing with people face to face, listening to visitor's needs and delivering a consistently high level of service at all times. It is essential that you are friendly and helpful, in order to maximize and provide a positive experience.
