This is a key role working as part of the senior leadership team partnering with the CEO and senior executives to drive the business forward and ensure the statutory obligations are met and continuously monitored. 

This a hands on role and will be responsible for:

• Accounting and Finance
• Legal
• HR
• IT & Systems

The legal, HR, IT and systems functions are outsourced and will need to be monitored and developed internally, however, the main focus on the role is within the Accounting and Finance function and key tasks include:

• Managing the financial obligations of the organisations within the group both nationally and internationally
• Responsibility for the the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Responsible for all regulatory compliance
• Working with the the CEO on the strategic and business plan
