Why work with us? We have a bunch of passionate people who enjoy the work they do, the flexibility we can offer and the support they get from their team.

Keep reading if you can extend beyond the traditional HR Advisor role and are eager to develop a future ready workforce.

We are looking for an HR practitioner who can easily develop rapport with others to help them reach their personal best. To develop a trusted coaching relationship you will be credible, able to set genuine goals and be an active listener.

Working closely with the HR Director you positively impact capability and culture of the organisation.  You will do this by proactively contributing to a spirited, nimble and professional workplace which is ready for the future.

To fit in you will enjoy:

  • Coaching managers to maximise their team’s potential
  • Using your employment relations knowledge to guide good decision making
  • Proactively engaging with others to support positive change
  • Using different strategies to find the best solution
  • Striving to do better each day

You can be assured that there will be variety and fun in your workday. You will have plenty of opportunity to use and develop your skills and knowledge. Key activities will include developing personalised learning plans, supporting managers with HR policy and process and providing a people-focused perspective to change initiatives. There will also be some administration such as writing adverts and drafting employment paperwork.

This role is for a HR practitioner who has a pragmatic approach and can add immediate value. It is important that you have a minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR advisory role.

This is an exciting time to join the team as we are embarking on a new phase of our organisation development. If you want to work in a truly innovative workplace let us know why you are interested in the role and what makes you the best person for it.

Applications will be assessed as soon as they arrive so don’t delay.
