ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is located in Wellington CBD and they provide the infrastructure, security and support to NZ domains. They aim to make sure the Internet is accessible, open, and secure for all New Zealanders.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the IT Systems Coordinator you oversee the day to day internal IT systems and customer facing systems such as the clients websites, driving improvements across technology and operations.

You will be providing a managed service to all staff and making sure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational and will also be responsible for contracted service providers for the organisations.

 

DUTIES

  • Oversee installation and maintenance of office hardware and software
  • Engage and negotiate with vendors
  • Design and oversee work carried out by contracted service providers
  • Analyse the organisations IT system needs
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Have a strong understanding of the IT sector
  • Have an understanding of service management
  • Be able to operate G Suite
  • Have experience supporting Office 365, Exchange Online and Azure AD Technologies
  • Be able to manage Windows, OSX, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, iOS and Android
  • Have the ability to communicate, organise and manage multiple vendors
