Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an additional Personal Lines Administrator/Broker to join our close-knit, successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general insurance industry knowledge and experience, who brings with them a positive outlook and an ability to provide great customer service.
Your prime responsibility is to provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers by preparing new quotations, reviewing policies, processing renewals and policy adjustments. You will be liaising with clients, insurers, and other industry professionals, so you must be confident and have well developed written and verbal communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to identify business opportunities, prioritise and cope under pressure, have a professional and compassionate telephone manner, and demonstrate a commitment to quality performance and continuous improvement.
