We are looking for an HCD Consultant to enhance HCD skills within this industry leader, tackling issues within the business, using design thinking and HCD sprints to resolve issues.  You will be operating at a senior level, with potentially one direct report. 

 Key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate boot camps and workshops
• Tackling issues within the business and using design thinking and HCD sprints to resolve issues and improve outputs
• Proactively remove impediments to progress which can then lead to successful project delivery. 

Experience required

• A proven track record of HCD consulting, with an expert understanding of design thinking. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive behaviour change
• Previous experience in planning and scoping projects across a large complex environment
• A pragmatic approach 
• 5 years + Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills
