Property Manager

A niche Property Management Firm based in Wellington is looking for an experienced and switch-on Property Manager to join their fast-paced team, looking after a portfolio of 120 properties. Experience working in the Property sector in Wellington is a must!

Key duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Advertise properties as soon as they become available 
  • Approve or decline tenant applications and obtain property owners approval of recommended tenant
  • Arrange and show properties as they come available
  • Authorise tenant bond refunds as required, ensuring cost and/or rent is deducted if necessary
  • Update and communicate lease fixed-term renewals to both tenants and owners 
  • Review rental rates on properties at least yearly and make recommendations to the owner before negotiations commence with tenants
  • Review daily rent arrears and follow up with tenants
  • Promptly communicate Body Corporate Manager newsletters or correspondence to owners and tenants
  • Provide information to Body Corporate Managers regarding tenancy or property manager changes
This role would suit a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role offers a great remuneration package including a company car!
