Responsible for recruitment support, conducting quality assurance phone calls, and ensuring the fundraising team operates smoothly.

15.00-20.00 hours per week

Industry experience is highly regarded

Tasks include:
·   Recruiting, including phone screening and booking interviews for our fundraising teams
·   Preparing and assisting with face-to-face interviews
·   Conducting quality assurance and engaging welcome phone calls to donors
·   Supporting regional offices with general administration tasks
·   Preparing and compiling documents for Fundraising Managers
·   Basic IT troubleshooting
·   Ensuring teams are working within regulatory guidelines
·   Provide ad-hoc support to the National Fundraising Manager, and the Head of Operations
