About Us
Fletcher Building is a company with a celebrated history which started in New Zealand over 100 years ago.  With more than 15,000 people, the Fletcher Building family is a community made up of people who use all of their experience, skills and individuality to do amazing work. We have significant operations in New Zealand and Australia; we are enriched by many different languages, customs and lifestyles.

Our Group Property division oversees and manages Fletcher Building’s vast and diverse property portfolio.  This includes up to 1000 property interests, with over 1.5 million square metres of building space.

We own property in New Zealand, Australia, The Pacific, The Americas, Asia and Europe and that includes a variety of building spaces from industrial distribution centres, manufacturing plants, office buildings, retail warehouses, showroom, quarries and storage yards to name a few!

The Opportunity
This role is responsible for ensuring the Property Managers are supported by effective property administration systems and services.

No two days will be the same. You will be required to support the property managers in the administration associated with the management of our existing property portfolio. This will include ensuring lease documentation and rent review processes are managed effectively. You will ensure plans are in place so that property activities can be met, compliance with relevant legislation, database management, answering queries, monitoring financial and work plans for redevelopments and projects, and a whole lot more.

About You
You will be very well organised, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a sense of humour and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in the property industry would be advantageous as well as a property related qualification.

If you are looking for a challenge, enjoy creating and streamlining processes and thrive on being kept busy, this could be the role for you.

Application Process
Please apply on line with a CV / covering letter outlining your interest in the role.
