Job Description

Work closely with architects and other building professionals, providing architectural design services and solutions on construction projects

Assessing the needs of clients and users, and interpret it in architectural plans in accordance with regulations and codes of practice

Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications

Calculating costs and estimating time scales

Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings

Monitor progress status of construction regularly and make plan and document amendment if necessary

Inspect work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards

Communicate with Council to check the planning regulations and attending meetings with Council

Collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment

Performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data
