Enliven, a service of Presbyterian Support East Coast (PSEC), is seeking a part-time (32 hours per week) Admin superstar to support the growth and efficient functioning of the service.

The successful applicant will provide administration services and referral coordination for Enliven Intensive Home Support Services and Community Services.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years experience in office and administration work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work well and efficiently within a team environment
  • High degree of initiative, personal motivation and self-management
  • Demonstrate empathy for clients and whanau
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
