Service Desk Analyst

About the role

This role with have you providing Level 1 & 2 remote and face-to-face technical support to users of supported products in a Wintel environment. You will be joining an existing team in this busy environment.

Skills required for this contract:

  • Experienced Service Desk Analyst
  • Wintel environment expertise
  • Communicating with users to understand the issues that are affecting their productivity.
  • Fulfilling service requests that are received through IT service management tool
  • Answering service desk phone calls
  • Educating users with suitable resolutions
