We are looking for someone with an even keel, the right combination of administrative prowess, marketing aptitude and second to none customer service, to be the linchpin for our individual high performing sales team.
This is an autonomous, varied role that will see you managing and holding to account our personal office and team, preparing all aspects of personal and property marketing and taking ownership of our individual brands voice, communicating to clients, and providing general PA duties.
To be successful in this role your first priority is to ensure that we have everything we need to focus on the tasks that matter - listing and selling real estate. You’ll be focused on promoting our unique brand, and maintaining our strong relationships with our clients and customers. It therefore goes without saying that you’re a natural at prioritising, have an eye for the smallest detail, and your customer service and communication skills will be nothing short of outstanding!
We don’t have a list of ideals or must haves but previous experience in the real estate industry systems such as MyDesktop, Homepass and Campaign Track would be awesome, as would experience in InDesign and Adobe Suite.
