The company

Northpower is a large scale multi-utility service provider that has experienced continued and sustained growth across New Zealand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to invest in their future.

You will receive support and training to fully qualify as an Arborist in our Climbing team. Beginning with ground work and feeding the chippers, you will eventually be taught to climb trees and operate chainsaw and handsaws.

This is an entry level role; no prior qualifications are required. We are seeking candidates with a solid work ethic and a track record of two to three years work experience and proven experience working outside. Forestry experience and having chainsaw qualifications are preferred and an advantage. Your positive attitude and approach is a huge advantage.
