Technical Support Specialist


With a goal to become New Zealand's most recommended ICT service provider, the company is on a mission to find their next superstar in their helpdesk team. They are based on the North Shore and have some amazing technology partners and products. 

This is a 6-month position that could become permanent for the right person. They offer 24/7 support, with rotational shifts: 8am-5pm, 4pm-midnight, midnight-8am.

Must haves:
  • Proven experience in a technical customer support role
  • Highly competent in providing L1 technical support for ICT and network services
  • Strong understanding of AGILE, ITIL and related frameworks
  • Competent in support tools including Microsoft Dynamics
  • Committed, reliable, and very self-motivated
  • True team player with strong resilience
