Part-time Legal Support

Our client, a high profile, national organisation providing union support to its members, are seeking an experienced legal secretary or administrator to provide support to their busy specialist Legal Team. This is a permanent, part-time role working 30 hours per week over 5 days.

We are looking for an extremely organised administrator with great interpersonal skills and the confidence to interface with internal and external clients.  If client care and confidentiality are a priority to you, you will be a great team fit!

Be prepared to turn your hand to a variety of tasks! This will include file management, preparing court documents, coordinating meetings and travel, liaising with members and other administration duties.

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Comprehensive legal support experience
- Preparation of court documents
- Strong Microsoft skills
