Enterprise Support Engineer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have hands-on experience in MyPHP and Linux, we are looking for you! 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

With a broad scope of accountabilities, this role will provide a fast-paced environment for a highly self-motivated individual to deliver top quality service and technical support to our global enterprise clients.

 

Whilst providing a combination of tier 1 and tier 2 support, you will also:

  • Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
  • Provide prompt, accurate and consistent feedback to customers based in Australia and New Zealand
  • Ensure detailed recording of issue resolution
  • Be part of ad hoc projects e.g. hardware testing and provisioning
  • Maintain high level of product knowledge, both customer and core solutions and products
  • Provide assistance with testing of client solutions, to identify and raise any issues in the form of bugs or where features / product doesn’t meet specifications related to Enterprise clients or customized solutions

To be successful in this role, YOU will also be equipped with:

  • 2+ years of experience as Tier 1 and Tier 2 in a Service Desk Environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of PHP, phpMyAdmin and Linux virtual server environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Show high attention to detail
  • Previous experience with MySQL, software bug management, and software deployment into UAT and Production environments
  • Ability to work between 10am - 7pm and be part of an on-call roster to meet global demands
