The Role

This transitional role will manage our small NZ Team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager East Australasia, the successful applicant will mentor, develop, and drive business outcomes for our services in NZ.

Your Duties

  • Provide effective leadership to direct reports
  • Lead surveys on specific activities (i.e. targeted ships)
  • Act as the local change champion to ensure new business process are adopted and optimised
  • Develop new business opportunities within the Marine and Offshore sector
  • Prepare quotations and put contracts into place with new clients

What You Need

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or physical science
  • Experience leading a team and delivering business outcomes
  • Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with clients at a senior level
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Marin and Offshore industry with exposure to International Regulations and Ship Management
  • Previous exposure to the Project Management Process combined with contract management
