Lending Manager

Tony Mounce Mortgages & Insurance (TMMI) is a leader in residential, commercial and investment property mortgages and insurance. From first home buyers through to investors, their expert, award winning advisers are committed to helping their clients meet their specific goals.

Reporting to the General Manager and working in a team environment, you will provide mortgage advisory and customer focused service to Tony Mounce Mortgages & Insurance’s clients and develop strong relationships to fully understand their goals.  You will use your superior knowledge of the lending industry to present solid solutions and advice as well as identify and facilitate risk referral introductions to the TMMI insurance adviser.

As the primary point of contact, you will manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients and offer expert advice whilst meeting growth targets and providing market leading service.  You will be responsible for preparing and processing mortgage applications and accurately updating the CRM database.
