Operations Transformation Consultant
Deloitte’s Operations Transformation team helps organisations identify opportunities for operational improvement, optimise costs and value delivery, enable greater insight and efficiency through use of analytics and digital, and deliver large-scale transformational change.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant in our Operations Transformation team you will play an active role in delivering client work as part of a collaborative team who will support your development and provide guidance and direction. You will be working directly with client executives across a wide range of exciting organisations to drive operational excellence and deliver transformational change.
As well as guiding your team on the day to day delivery of value enhanced outcomes, you will also be responsible for providing our clients with the insights and solutions they need in the areas of process and cost optimisation, procurement, digital operations, asset management and programme delivery.
The broad nature of our client base means that you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of industries and to continue to learn every day, developing your core capabilities.
You are someone with:
- Demonstrated experience, ideally with some exposure to the public sector or large asset-intensive organisations (e.g. utilities).
- Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes and offer clear solutions.
- Ability to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to gain the trust and confidence of those you collaborate with.
- Experience and/or curiosity in digital technology.
