Property Leasing Manager

A large government department is looking for a Property Leasing Manager to join their team to be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial leases and negotiations across owned and leased properties.

As the Property Leasing Manager, you will be working within the delivery team and responsible for all leasing and negotiations associated with a large portfolio of commercial properties across the country. In addition, you will be in charge of managing acquisitions and disposals which includes being aware of the risks associated with current and potential properties.
  
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of experience managing a large property portfolio with a particular emphasis on leasing and negotiating. You can come with government or private experience, but it is imperative to be proactive within negotiations of existing and new properties. A tertiary qualification would be highly desirable in this position.
  
The role requires a combination of managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders. It is imperative to have strong communication skills as well as an eye for detail.
