Commercial Project Manager

I am excited to be recruiting a talented, driven and most importantly, passionate commercial Project Manager for a company who is just as passionate about constructing buildings with excellence.

This role requires someone who has previous experience as a commercial PM for (ideally) a tier 1 or 2 contractor working on projects $10 million + in value.

You will have all the typical PM responsibilities such as:
• Programming & scheduling
• Cost management (working to budget and overseeing QS, progress reporting)
• Procurement
• Client liaison
• Management of direct reports (Foremen, Supervisor, Site Manager, Engineers, Financial and Admin support)
• Sub-Contractor selection and management (Often predominantly looked after by Site Manager on specific projects)
