Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Store Person to be based in our manufacturing site at East Tamaki, Auckland.

 
The Role: 
  • Dispatch products according to orders
  • Maintain the integrity of the warehouse and the compounds of the premises
  • Quarantine finished good and Apply the FEFO principle to finished goods
  • Inventory management – stock taking, stock movements, stock rotation etc
  • On a weekly basis, perform the duties required in the Friday housekeeping list and checks
  • As required, provide back up for Customer Services in processing orders ad freight documentations using MS Office and SAP systems
  • Follow all Company, quality and health and safety guidelines and SOP’s
 
 
What you will have:  
  • Familiar with GMP eg. Stock rotation, BN/Exp, housekeeping, quarantine, etc
  • Familiar with HSNO, BWof, DG for land transportation, MAF Biosecurity, etc. compliances
  • Have sound abilities using MS Office applications – word, Excel, Outlook (including Task List)
  • Ability to learn quickly i.e understands and apply new systems and processes
  • Customer, quality and results focused
  • Attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Team player, with a hands on approach to ensure the job gets done
  • Current forklift licence essential
  • Experience using SAP systems desirable
  • Warehouse, logistics or distribution qualifications will be highly regarded
