The Opportunity
 
This is such a critical role within the team; it is the link and central point for a range of high profile, globally recognised Global Women Investment Partners who span a range of sectors.  The highly regarded Diversity and Inclusion offering is continually developed to ensure content is relevant and ahead of the curve so the cohort can be sure they are have access to the best connections and information available.  The partner organisations are at the forefront of NZ business, this opportunity works with them to catalyse change through market leading initiatives such as Champions for Change.
 
This role drives insights and research, proactively supports Partners providing strategic and high-calibre advice.
 
The role involves stakeholder management, partner support, insight, research and project management.  You will be required to build successful relationships with organisations and thought leaders in the diversity arena while demonstrating high levels of curiosity and professionalism.
 
What you bring to the role
 
You definitely need to be a thought leader, a trusted advisor, curious, collaborative and have a knowledge of and passion for Diversity and Inclusion.  A self-starter with a growth mindset will see you fit straight in.
