About the role
As an ICT Business Analyst at UnicomNZ, you are in charge of analyzing, testing and monitoring the management of the rollout of IT solutions linked to the Customer Resource Management, Auto Provisioning System and Billing System.
1: Deliver quality and timely ICT business analysis services to internal departments including investigation and evaluation of business systems requirements, staff and customer requirements gathering, hosting workshops, scoping, gap analysis, risk analysis, cost impact, design, functionality specifications.
2: Analyse data and provide suitable recommendations to both Project and Technology Managers.
3: Manage, assess and improve the assigned processes and all related Service Management process and tools in alignment with the Tradify System.
4: Conduct research to identify ways to improve Telco Auto Provisioning systems performance and efficiency.
5: Maintain a strong working relationship with ICT Department to ensure business solutions compatible with IT systems infrastructure, processes and procedures, business continuity planning and standards.
6: Working with product manager to provide business analysis, requirements management, documentation and assist with the products lifecycle.
7: Monitor and evaluate systems development processes to ensure successful ICT projects completion that not limited to Platform development, web-app development, etc.
8: Assisting the Project Manager in a phased delivery of solutions into the business.
Skills and experience
1: Degree in Business or IT related field and at least 5 years industry experience in a Business Analyst or IT/Project Management Role
2: Problem solving and analytical skills
3: Understanding of business change management, having ideally worked on projects with a large business change component
5: IT experience: virtualization, networking
6: Certification: CCNP, MCSE, MCP
