Admin Assistant

Seeking a very well presented individual who is warm, engaging, and switched on, to welcome and support important clients in this friendly corporate team. Your personality is key – being efficient, productive and with good attention to detail. You will be responsible for supporting the team with general frontline administration duties.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Front line administration tasks
  • Preparing meeting rooms with coffee etc
  • Filing and document preparation
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Welcoming clients

This is an ongoing temporary role which may go permanent for the right candidate. This is a great position for an entry level wanting to kick start their professional career. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and a willingness to help with any admin related tasks. Because this is a corporate environment the right candidate must:

  • Have immaculate presentation
  • Be computer savvy
  • Be experienced with Microsoft Software
  • Have a can-do positive attitude
  • Be good with computer systems
